Does anyone with orthostatic hypotension have complex migraines too? - complex migraine more condition_symptoms
Recently I was diagnosed with complex migraines. I also think it may orthostatic hypotension. I suffer from hypertension, while his attitude to change and I am surprised when you stand or sit. I always have headaches and dizziness, and bouts of confusion, so that these symptoms are the same for both, so I ask are. I'm in medicine, that some symptoms of migraine helps, but not all. Ideas? Thank you:)

The two are not known, related, but that may well, as both disorders of the neural mechanisms that are determined by the size of blood vessels. Insufficiently advanced cerebral arteries is considered a cause for the pain of migraine, and of course, not contract to keep the blood pressure upon standing causes of orthostasis.
